Snap Decision
4 o'clock on Friday I emailed Steven and said, "lets put Oscar in the kennel, jump in the car, and go to the Columbus zoo." By 9 o'clock we were pulling into our hotel. And by 9 am the next morning we were at the Columbus Zoo. We NEVER do anything on the spur of the moment. But I'm so glad we did because the weather was perfect and we found out that Columbus has a totally AWESOME zoo.

Very cool. Spontaneous roadtrips are sometimes the best kind. Glad the zoo is nice - we have been wanting to take Vivian but do not really feel up to going to D.C. this summer.
