What's better than one paci?

Why two of course. S-T-R-A-N-G-E or just 19 months. As previously mentioned, it is going to be a BLAST taking that sucker away. Even though she only gets it in the car and in bed it's gonna be like taking crack from a crackhead.

And I'm on a mission. My mission is to find a red dress coat and/or xmas coat. Similar to this little number from Gymboree but without a the huge price tag.

I've got an idea cookin' and it involves a red coat! I guess if I ordered it big enough to wear for two seasons $70 wouldn't be too bad. Oh who am I kidding, it's bad. Of course I could not tell you the last time I bought a $70 coat for myself! So if any of you know where I can locate such an item, I'm all ears.

I've seen a red coat but of course not as nice, it's on lakesidecollection.com. It's more of a poncho coat if I remember correctly but it was only like $20. I'll see if I can find it again and email you.

Have you checked Ebay?

I'm in love with a Hannah Andersson dress that's their "little red dress" but even used on Ebay they go for over $30. Not counting the matching tights of course...just can't do it.

Aww, man. If you lived closer, I'd have the perfect solution for you. I saw the most gorgeous red coat ever at a consignment shop here for 20 bucks. It was Children's Place from last year. I didn't get it because it was too big for Eleanor this year, and who knows how these kiddos will grow in a year?? Good luck. I'll be on the look-out.

Oh I know, paci's are crack! Ashley only gets hers at bed too and she gets all excited when she sees it!

That dress is cute, did you check somewhere like Macy's b/c they will put it onsale.

You should check somewhere like Marshall's or TJMaxx...even Gabe's. They often have the name brands at offbrand prices.
And let me tell you...the ONLY reason Evan never took a paci is because Andrew always stole it out of his mouth. He was completely ADDICTED. We only broke him after he started getting has back molars and began chewing up his pacis. Once they were all chewed, we didn't buy anymore. He was almost 3, so good luck!

Jonathan is still getting the paci at night and during naps. For some reason, he completely gave it up at school months ago, but at home it's just not sleep time without a bink!

I LOVE that red coat! I saw it this weekend while I was in Gymboree and it is lovely! If I see anything similar, I will let you know!

Kim,

Usually around this time of year Gymboree has GymBucks -- I know I bought stuff last year and got them and then was able to get Lynn's baby an outfit for 1/2 off. I don't know if they are doing it now. My own opinion would be to splurge and get it -- b/c it is a perfect red coat.

That coat is really beautiful. I will be on the look out too. I haven't seen anything yet. Ebay may be a good place to start as mentioned above.

Too cute with the two paci's! Bella calls her's "B" and only gets it at bedtime and naptime too - and in the car if I can't stand it! But with her new sister on the way any day now I have been putting off taking it away. Let me know how it goes once you do try it! I keep hearing if you cut the tip off they don;t want it anymore anyway...we'll see!
