The Zoo
Wow catchy title. And catchy post. This is gonna be one of those quickie posts. I realized that my zoo pics turned out like poo poo! Grrr!
So nature photographer, I am not. Out of all of the animals at the zoo, this was as good as it good. I blame it on two things, number 1, 99% of the animals decided to take a nap while we were there to visit them and number 2, Kimmy needs a new lens for her camera. But here's Mr. Penguin who decide to swim up for a close up.
And Bit to total awe of the penguins, again, just like last year. The girl loves her some sea creatures. Which maybe explains her new found love for the Little Mermaid.
The daddy. She's killing me with this new "smile" of hers. Who in the hell closes their eyes like this when they smile? Seriously? 
Jesus, Steven and Sophie look like they are in pain in this one. Come on guys, it's the sting ray exhibit! Maybe they have visions of the crocodile hunter, god rest his soul, dancing in their heads. (And on a sad note, Jacob, Steven's twin brother wasn't able to join us at the zoo. He decided to start his summer out with a bang, and broke his arm the day before. Poor kid, what a way to start your summer, a cast all the way up to your shoulder!)

Awww...I love the zoo!
Sophie is adorable with her little face pressed up against the glass.
And I had to re-read that one sentence four times to figure out that there wasn't someone named Jesus in the picture. Wow...my brain doens't work past bedtime.
OMG, Megan, thanks for giving me a laugh! I often refer to myself as Jesus, haha!

no doubt about it Little Bit is quite a actress and a titsy bit of a clown. Love the pic of her at the glass. the girls look adorable holding hands in the last pic.
