Lots of pics a comin'. This year we had a small b-day party for the big 2. Ask my dad and he'd say that last year he wouldn't have been surprised if I rented a ballroom with a red carpet and horn blowers to accompany Little Bit's arrival. What-ever. This year it was small, just 4 kids (including Sophie, well 5 if you count baby Jordan but she sat on every one's lap and was perfectly sweet so she doesn't really count). And pizza and cupcakes were on the menu! What more could a kid ask for!
Perhaps a lollipop bouquet! Which I forgot to divide up so now I'm stuck with 60 some Dum Dums.

The cupcake cake. Ok so I have a slight obsession with cakes. And I HAD to find someone to make a giant cupcake! Easier said than done.

Hailey saw this and wants Sophie to know that she is not that comfortable with "the eye" Ethan was receiving. Ethan can't be blamed, it's those baby blues of his, they lure the ladies in.

Yum that cupcake cake was tasty. And I do believe Soph is giving E the eye. But she'll have to compete with you I guess. "Sophie's mom has got it goin' on..."

The kids definitely had a great time. Jordan is a fan of partying till she pukes, though I'm glad she only spit up carrots here and there at Sophie's party. I thought the cake looked adorable, and it tasted great.
ReplyDeleteBy the time we got there the dum dum centerpiece had been moved, so I barely got to see it. I think it turned out great.
